How I got rid of my insomnia

Hey, I’m Ian Jordan, this is a brief story of how I got rid of my insomnia.

First off, I’m guessing the reason you’ve come here has something to do with not being able to sleep. That sucks and I’m sorry this is happening to you.

I struggled with insomnia for most of my adult life. Lying awake at 3 in the morning with a million thoughts racing through my mind.

The next day I would wake feeling exhausted with a blazing headache.

If you can relate to this then we’re probably a lot alike.

I imagine you’re looking for a solution.

First of all, good on you for trying to sort it out. It took me ages to get myself together and actually try to do something about it.

My original plan for how I got rid of my insomnia looked like this:


  • Speak to a doctor


  • Read a few sleep advice articles online.


  • Implement the advice.


So I got myself some literature, followed the doctor’s advice and…

I still had insomnia.


Now to be fair the sleep advice did help. I was getting to sleep sooner but the problem was still there.

What I was really looking for was to learn how to shut off thinking.

I wanted to understand the psychology behind not being able to sleep and what immediate action I could take to change this.

The answer to how I got rid of my insomnia lay within advanced studying of sleep.

I dug deeper.

A lot deeper. I spent months reading every research article I could find.

studied online sleep advice, I spoke with neurologists, as well as life & health coaches. I also learned how to meditate and learned CBT& NLP.

I turned myself into a human guinea pig.

Experiencing endless trial and error until finally, I developed my own advanced sleep system. A system focusing on the psychology of sleep, a system that works every time.

Now I sleep perfectly every night. I tested it on my close friends and others I had met in online forms. It worked for all of them and I believe it will work for you too.

At present, I’m working on turning my system into an easy to follow video course.
